Creative non-ficton course

The Creative Writing program at Phoenix College  is offering a Creative Non-fiction class beginning in January 2014.  Besides honing participants' creative writing skills, the class aims for those enrolled  to complete publishable work in this exciting new genre.
According to the "father" of Creative Non-fiction, Lee Gutkind,  this genre:
"is the dominant form in publications like The New Yorker, Esquire and Vanity Fair. You will even find creative nonfiction stories featured on the front page of The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal."
